Term & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Anka Aesthetic Clinic website and all services booked through it. By accessing our website or booking any treatment, you confirm that you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.

DEFINITIONS

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply.

“Clinic”, “we”, “us” and “our” refers to Anka Aesthetic Clinic, established in 2021 and operating within the United Kingdom.

“Client”, “you” and “your” refers to any person who visits our website, books a consultation or receives any treatment from us.

“Services” refers to all aesthetic treatments offered by the Clinic, including laser hair removal, microneedling, HIFU, EMS, fat freezing, BBL, IPL treatments and red light therapy.

“Website” refers to the official online platform belonging to Anka Aesthetic Clinic.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to book and receive any treatment at our Clinic. Clients between 18 and 65 are welcome, and all clients must provide valid photographic identification upon request. We reserve the right to refuse treatment where age, health or safety concerns arise.

CONSULTATIONS AND MEDICAL DISCLOSURE

All new clients must attend a consultation before their first treatment session. During this consultation, you agree to disclose complete and accurate information about your medical history, medications, allergies and skin conditions. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in treatment being refused or cancelled without refund.

BOOKINGS AND APPOINTMENTS

Appointments may be booked online, by telephone or through our contact form. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from the Clinic. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments where equipment, staffing or safety concerns require it. We will always make reasonable efforts to offer you an alternative time.

PAYMENT TERMS

All treatment prices are displayed clearly and confirmed before your session begins. Payment is due in full on the day of treatment unless a deposit or package arrangement has been agreed in writing. We accept payment by cash, card and bank transfer. Prices may change without prior notice, though confirmed bookings remain honoured at the agreed rate.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

We ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a charge of 50 percent of the treatment cost. Missed appointments without any notice may be charged in full. We understand that emergencies happen, and we handle each situation with fairness and understanding.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are not offered for completed treatments, as results depend on individual skin and body responses. Deposits are non-refundable where cancellation notice falls below the required 48 hour period. If a treatment cannot proceed due to a fault on our part, you will receive a full refund or a complimentary rescheduled session.

TREATMENT RESULTS AND EXPECTATIONS

Every client responds differently to aesthetic treatments, and results cannot be guaranteed. The Clinic provides honest guidance on what each treatment can reasonably achieve. You acknowledge that factors such as skin type, age, lifestyle and aftercare affect your final outcome. We do not make exaggerated promises, and we encourage realistic expectations at all times.

AFTERCARE RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided by our team following your treatment. Failure to follow aftercare guidance may reduce your results or cause discomfort. The Clinic is not responsible for complications arising from ignored aftercare advice.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Your safety remains our highest priority at all times. All treatments are performed by trained professionals using approved equipment. If you experience any adverse reaction, you must contact the Clinic immediately so we can advise you properly.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Certain medical conditions, medications and pregnancy may prevent you from receiving specific treatments. You must inform our team of any such conditions during your consultation. We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment where a contraindication presents a risk to your health.

PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY

We collect and store your personal information in line with UK data protection laws. Your details are used only for booking, treatment records and essential communication. We never sell your information to third parties. Full details are available in our separate Privacy Policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website, including text, images, logos and graphics, belongs to Anka Aesthetic Clinic. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Clinic is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific treatment in question. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer within the United Kingdom.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us directly so we can resolve the matter. We aim to respond to all complaints within five working days. Where a resolution cannot be reached, we will guide you towards the appropriate independent body.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in law or service. The latest version will always appear on our website with the updated date. Continued use of our services confirms your acceptance of any revised terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
